Paying For Care

Except for Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage Plan patients, we are currently a pay at the time-of-service clinic. Due to sky-high deductibles and steadily declining benefits for our patients, Nikolay Chiropractic has chosen to operate as a non-insurance clinic.

Being a direct pay chiropractic clinic allows us to offer high quality, customized care at an affordable price and avoid the hassles of insurance billing, co-pays, deductibles, and declined reimbursements. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request. If you prefer to utilize your health insurance, we can provide you with an itemized statement so that you can request reimbursement from your insurance company.
